Shipping Policy


***Due to unprecedented demand and limited production capacity, turnaround times may be slower than normal.***

Standard fulfillment is 5 to 10 business days as all orders are made to order. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building, you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual

Fulfillment times is the time it takes to make your custom order product. Our fulfillment time is calculated by business days. Please note that if you place an order on the weekends or after business hours (9am-5pm EST) that does not count as a business day. For example: if you place an order on Saturday, we will treat it as if the order was placed on Monday and Tuesday would be the first business day.

You can chooase between standard shipping (3-5 days) or expedited shipping (1-3 days) at checkout. Please note that if choosing expedited shipping it does not affect the processing times noted above.

Declarations By Beyond The Aisle is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays with US Postal Service or UPS shipping
  • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please contact USPS

Orders never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you entered the correct address. If the address is incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at making sure you quote your order number. 

Note: Once your order has been dispatched, Declarations by Beyond The Aisle accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving) Declarations by Beyond The Aisle is not liable as we have no control once it is with the postal service.

Please Note: 
The time it takes to receive items includes processing + shipping transit time. For example, choosing a Next Day Shipping service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order. You must still allow time for the order to process. Also, ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.
