If a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product at email@example.com and we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges on products ordered in the wrong size as all our products are made to order. We are glad to send you the right item at a cost to you.
