FAQ's

We try our best to get started on your order once recieved so changes beyond 24hour can prove to be difficult. If you have a change shortly (24hrs) after order is placed, email hello@declarationsbybta.com with your order number and change. We will try our best to accommodate the change.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email or text, depending on which option you chose at check out,  when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at hello@declarationsbybta.com.

Please reach out within 24hrs of your order to cancell your order. We can not gaurantee a cancellation we do our best to start working on orders as soon as recieved.

Our standard fulfillment time is usually 5 to 10 business days, there are exceptions during the holiday season.

Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building, you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable.

Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual. 


Note: Fulfillment times is the time it takes to make your product. Our fulfillment time is calculated by business days. 

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

✨Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.Ask your local post office if they have your package.

✨Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the address is incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@declarationsbybta.com making sure you quote your order number.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@declarationsbybta.com within 3 days of receiving your items with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will gladly replace the item.

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at hello@declarationsbybta.com within a week, 3 days, after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a store credit! 

At this time we don't accept returns, exchanges, But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available.

We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation.

If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will be cancelled IMMEDIATELY.
